It&#39;s in the food court of a shopping mall but the meat is as good as any restaurant. I found the service in the restaurant to be attentive and more casual. If you decide to go for lunch specifically, sit in the food area, the food looks rushed and not that fresh. You get what you get when you sit there. I recommend sitting inside unless you are in a hurry.

It was Sunday and most restaurants were closed so we were happy to see this gorgeous restaurant around the corner from where we were staying. We have been living in Uruguay for a few weeks and have kind of moved on to the meat-eating life. So we were happy to find fish and my wife went for the fresh handmade pancetta with green sauce which was delicious. My fish was grilled with the skin on and served on the grill iron. Juicy and just cooked through. Was great with a simple salad. Service was good and the wine was good. Can&#39;t go wrong. 10/10

Many restaurants are closed on Sundays, and the restaurants that are still open are full this Sunday. I feel very lucky to find a place in this restaurant. Lucky was even stronger when my appetizer was sprinkled with cheese, a little caramel onion and a little bit of sesame oil. My pizza was also very good, with thin skins and lots of stuffing. Although I only asked for a small pizza, I had half of it back to my temporary apartment for dinner. I&#39;m looking forward to coming back next time.

If we have kids we bring them here for ice cream, which is so generous that it is always a challenge to finish it. The charm of the city far exceeded my expectations and made me deeply fall in love with everything here. Below, I will introduce you to my Montevideo trip from both food and attractions. Food chapter 1. Asado: How can you not taste the barbecue they are proud of when you come to Uruguay? I had an unforgettable barbecue meal at La Maestranza restaurant in Mercado del Puerto (port market). The grilled steaks there are fresh and juicy, and taste great, which is definitely a paradise for meat lovers. 2. Chivito: This is a national dish in Uruguay and I tried this at La Pasiva chain. It is full of beef, ham, cheese and eggs, and it is very satisfying. 3. Mate: Although not food, this traditional drink is everywhere in Uruguay. While I was strolling on the promenade Rambla, I bought a Made Tea set and tasted this unique bitter tea with the locals to feel the local culture. 4. Seafood: As a coastal city, Montevideo&#39;s seafood is also excellent.
